Strictly speaking,we are a young and dynamic trading company.But our boss ,Mr Li,has been in this field for more than 10 years,so very familiar with the market and factories.We buit up a partnership network with these traditional and competitive partner companies. Because of these partnerships we can offer differentiated services that greatly benefit clients by full technical support and superior quality products. 


2.How can I make an inquiry?

You can find the contact information on our official website, call us directly or through WhatsApp or send email  to us for inquiry.You  also can send inquiry online(click the feedback module),we will reply you the first time.When inquiry, please provide us the brand/model/quantity/color that you want to purchase, as much as possible to provide your requirements, also please leave your name and your contact information to us, convenient for our salesman timely feedback information to you.


3.How shall we order from you?

Please provide your company information and the brand/model (item number)/quantity/color etc. of the required products to the salesman for your service.We will sign a proforma invoice with you,which can be stamped with the official seal of both parties.

Why are your prices cheaper?

A. The goods are directly obtained from the original manufacturer, with less intermediate links, so it is cheaper.
B. Our shipping agent  very professional and responsible, the logistics cost can be greatly saved.


5.How do you send the goods to us?

For small order,international express will be the best choice. DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX are all available.
For big order,sea shipping is most used.But shipping time will be a bit longer.
For urgent order,you can take account of air transport.

What if  we find the goods defective?

When you find any problem with the goods, please contact the salesman for your service at the first time.If the customer is suspicious of product performance problems,you can communicate with the salesman first and return to our company. Our company will contact the original manufacturer for quality identification and maintenance.If the appraisal result belongs to your company of wrong using, all of the costs incurred shall be borne by your company, If the appraisal result is not the reason of your company, all the expenses incurred will be borne by our company and original manufacturers.
